What you get:

A regular deck (red in my case) plus some extra cards, plus 12 dice.

The routine:

You place a prediction (this could be on the back of your business card) on the table. You could have this already prepared and in the case or you could write it out on your business card before you present the trick. Either way your prediction can be a plain sight all through the effect.

You get a spectator to hold the 12 dice in both hands, give them a shake and let them land on the table.

Ask the spectator to arrange the dice in one long line.

As they are doing this, a very quick glance at this point will establish whether the trick will work - it takes a couple of seconds and the chances are very, very high that it will work straight away.

If in a very rare case you can see that the trick won't work without some intervention then you could select some dice to be rolled again. For example if you see several number ones showing then you could get the spectator to roll these again as, as ones, they have no effect on the outcome of the next bit.

You ask your spectator if it's OK to use their phone's calculator.

I prefer to key in the numbers myself and then get the spectator to confirm what I have done but you could also get them to do this next bit:

On the calculator multiply each number shown on each dice by the next one so for example 3x2x3x4x1x1x1x5x3x3x2x6 and then press equals. You could also ask your spectator to do this and then validate their entries before they press the equals button.

I like to throw in another random number and I ask my spectator what month they were born in and then use the numerical value of the month so '1 through 12' as a multiplier to add in even more apparent randomness to the result.

You then use the results as follows:

For each digit of the result, deal down a card face up. So if for example the result of the calculation is 35,680 - you would deal down first 3 cards face up, then 5 cards and then 6 cards and so on until you get to the end of the result number.

The last card you deal down to the table is then shown to be exactly the card you predicted earlier and if its on your business card you could get them to keep your business card.

Positives:

Super easy to learn and perform. A beginner can easily do this. There's only one thing to look out for and that is very easy and straightforward. The fact that it is so easy makes it a great trick to improvise your routine with - you could certainly get more than one person involved - seemingly making the outcome even more impossible.
Sleight of hand required is zero. As long as you can deal cards down to a table in a tidy pile you are good to go.
Completely baffling to most people. The randomness and the underlying principles seem to make the outcome so impossible to predict.
Packs small. At the moment I'm keeping mine in the case it came in which has the red bicycle deck, the 12 dice and my business card in it. I wouldn't leave the box out on the table while performing though, as it does show the password and a link to the instructions on the back.
No angle issues at all - unless you count writing the prediction on the back of your business card (which I wouldn't)!
No lighting issues. As long as you can both read the numbers on the dice you can do this.
The reset is nothing. You have dealt the required number of cards to the table and your prediction matches it. You just put the cards back together and put the deck back inside its bicycle deck case and you are good to go again at the next table.

Negatives:

You wouldn't want to repeat this trick at the same table to the same audience. However if you really wanted to you could by swapping out the deck for another red deck that you have already prepared. I could easily do this with all the spare decks and cards I have lying around but I haven't done this yet.
You can't really use the same deck for another trick but I have very few tricks that do use the same deck so it doesn't bother me at all.

Locations:

You would struggle to do this strolling so for me it goes firmly into the category of table hopping. I guess you could do this on stage as well if you had an overhead camera/screen projection.
