This party was a real pleasure for me to perform at and some of the feedback I received about my style of approaching people was just wonderful to hear.
Clare Stansby birthday magic
What a fun time I had with this lovely bunch of Clare's friends and family to celebrate her birthday.
The whole room got inverted at one point and then reset to normal with the only thing being left inverted was a playing card initialed by Clare. I taught her son a trick with nine cards which he immediately started performing around the room. Rings vanished and reappeared inside several wallets,
Clare was revealed as having a truly amazing personality and I had a lot of success with the screen test effect where a movie poster gets drawn on a notepad app. The effect where a helper mage snaps her fingers and restores 95% of a messed up deck back to normal went down a storm too. Oh and the wifi in the Winning Post was showing some really strange things.
I'm so pleased with the way it all went and my mind is still buzzing with ideas for further improvements I could make for my next gig.
Martin amazed us all! He mingled amongst all the guests, making rings disappear and reappear, coin trickery, baffling card tricks all with a delightful hook. My son was (and is still!) soooo pleased with himself after Martin taught my son how to perform a card trick. Martin had everyone puzzling and laughing, Guests ranged from 16 to 75 years old and I can’t recommend him highly enough for the enjoyment he brought to the party. Thank you Martin
